PROFILE: Bas Vodde is a certified Scrum master trainer and an experienced coach in Agile methods. He currently works for Odd-e, a Singapore-based consulting company that trains Asian professionals in Agile and Lean development. He has also coauthored of "Scaling Agile and Lean Development: Thinking and Organizational Tools for Large-Scale Scrum" and "Practices for Large-Scale Agile and Lean Development," together with Craig Larman. His main interests are in Scrum and especially how to use it within large companies and large projects.
