JOSHUA PARTOGI is a Scrum practitioner, coach, and trainer with an extensive experience in software development in the Asia-Pacific region. He has helped many companies in the Philippines appreciate the true value of agility. He is an avid learner of sociology and software development. Human interaction in software development fascinates him the most because of the stress, miscommunication, misinterpretation, individualism, ignorance, unprofessionalism, wrong perception, and wrong expectations that he observes in the software industry. He believes that agility does not prescribe one single correct method; rather, it advocates developing better software based on the context of the company to provide value to customers. He teaches companies the concept of agility using Scrum, Kanban, XP, and more.
