Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) is a two-day training designed to coach Scrum practitioners using the kanban system at work. The course includes theories, case studies, and hands-on exercises that underscore the importance of transparency and flow in the Scrum framework.
Scrum sets the standard for how Agile teams should operate. Scrum is a complete framework that features various techniques and practices. Scrum teams experience improvement at work through continuous inspection and adaptation.

Audience
PSK is for all individuals who adhere to Scrum. It is especially helpful for Product Owners, Development Team Members, and Scrum Masters, among others, who apply Scrum to bring products to the market.
Professional Scrum with Kanban Certification
All PSK participants who will have completed the course will get a password so they can try the Professional Scrum with Kanban I (PSK I) assessment, which is currently available only to students of the class. The test is currently being developed and will be released very soon. If you try the PSK I assessment within 14 days and fail to get a score of at least 85%, you take a second try at no additional cost.
